What we deliver

Access control that matches how the building is used.

The right system depends on who needs to enter, how often that changes and what you must be able to show afterwards.

Card, PIN, QR and biometric access

Supported card, PIN, QR and biometric workflows, with roles and visitor controls agreed for your premises.

Turnstiles and gates

Physical entry systems integrated with the approved access-control design.

Visitor workflows

Controlled access for visitors and contractors, with the records that operations and security teams need.

Access management software

OwlSentry keeps authorised people, door terminal settings and access records aligned, for every company and tenant in a shared building.

Time attendance

Where you also need attendance records, OwlClock provides face-enabled clock-in with location controls.

How we deliver

How an access control project runs.

01

Survey

We review doors, existing readers and controllers, cabling, power and how people move through the premises.

02

Design

Credential types, door groups, user roles, visitor handling and reporting are agreed in the scope.

03

Install and verify

Hardware is installed and cabled, then reader and controller behaviour, permissions and audit records are verified in acceptance testing.

04

Hand over and support

Administrators are trained, documentation is handed over and support is provided as agreed.

Common questions

Access control systems: what people ask first.

Which is better: card, PIN, QR or biometric access?

Each suits a different need. Cards are familiar and simple to issue or cancel. PINs need no credential but are easily shared. QR codes work well for visitors and short-term access. Biometrics remove the lost-card problem but involve personal data, so consent and retention need to be decided. Many premises combine more than one.

Can you integrate with our existing readers or turnstiles?

Often, where the equipment is compatible and suitable. Reader and controller compatibility is checked during discovery and verified in acceptance testing.

Can one system serve several tenants in the same building?

Yes. OwlSentry is built around company and tenant-oriented workflows, so each organisation's people and access records are managed separately.

Can we get reports of who entered and when?

Yes. Access events are recorded and available as reports to authorised users, with user roles controlling who can see them.
