How we deliver

How an ERP project runs.

01

Map

We document how work is done today, who does it and which records each step depends on.

02

Configure and migrate

The system is configured to the agreed processes, and existing data is migrated and checked.

03

Integrate and test

Interfaces to other systems are built, then the whole flow is acceptance-tested with your users.

04

Go live and support

Go-live is planned with you, users are trained and support follows the agreed terms.

Common questions

ERP software: what people ask first.

How long does an ERP implementation take?

It depends on the number of processes covered, the state of your existing data and how many systems need to be integrated. Owl sets out the phases and timeline after requirements mapping, before you commit to the full scope.

Can ERP be integrated with our existing systems?

Yes, where suitable interfaces exist. Owl connects systems through APIs, middleware, webhooks and scheduled data exchange, with agreed controls on what is shared.

What happens to our existing data?

Data migration is part of the implementation scope. Records are mapped, migrated and checked during acceptance testing before go-live.

Do you support the system after go-live?

Yes. Training and support commitments are defined in the project scope.
